By accessing and using YFIN Intelligence ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. YFIN Intelligence is operated by Cikal Studio Labs, a software development studio based in Indonesia.

Access to certain features of the Platform requires holding $YFIN tokens. By participating in the $YFIN token tier system, you acknowledge:

• •Token holdings are verified on-chain via BNB Smart Chain
• •Tier benefits may change with reasonable notice
• •We do not guarantee the value or price of $YFIN tokens
• •Token access verification is read-only — we never request private keys or signing
• •Holding $YFIN does not constitute an investment contract

The copy trading feature on YFIN Intelligence is provided for informational purposes. Past performance of any trader displayed on the Platform does not guarantee future results. Copy trading involves significant risk and you may lose your entire investment. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, YFIN Intelligence does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. On-chain data is sourced from Alchemy, DexScreener, and CoinGecko APIs. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• •Circumvent any rate limiting or access controls
• •Redistribute or resell data obtained from the Platform without permission
• •Use automated tools to scrape or excessively query the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cikal Studio Labs and YFIN Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
